I've been buying the Christmas Advent Numbers and other embellishments for some years now and have always been very happy with my dealings with this company. Not only are the goods of excellent quality, the service is second to none. There have been times when I have left things rather to the last minute or had mid-project changes to design which have necessitated an emergency help, "please could you dispatch tomorrow" Lesley and team have never failed me! I’ve ordered from this Company previously and have been really pleased with the items received.
Their felt letters are of good quality and easy to stitch, either by hand or machine, as they are not coarse.
On one order, I had ordered the wrong colour and realised this a few hours after putting the order through. I contacted them, no problem, they managed to change the colour just before process.

Back again for the third time. The iron-on motifs and letters have helped me to turn plain little dresses for my 18 month old granddaughter into eye catching outfits. Using their letters and motifs is so easy and they have survived a lot of washes.

The most amazing service!

Lesley, thank you so much for your wonderful service, very helpful and super efficient. I ordered iron on initials for bunting, then later on I decided I wanted to add '&' between the initials and add some small hearts. Lesley gave me a choice of sizes and cut these for me in the same material & colour as the initials. Although she was very busy, I needed these urgently and received them in the post next day. The material used was also good quality, I will certainly be using this Company again And thank you again Lesley.

Orchard Craft Company was a fantastic find. I initially discovered them on Ebay but realised that if I went straight to their website I was offered a discount! Perfect! Everything they have produced for me has been of a fantastic quality and is despatched really quickly.
