I don't have Paypal. Can I still make a purchase?
You don't need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase. Once you click "checkout" the payment screen will appear, from there you can choose to pay by credit or debit card using Stripe. All payments are made securely. We do not keep any of your card details on our system. We also accept payment by cheque or bank transfer option.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE HANDLED BY SECURE THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We send all our orders out Royal Mail First Class. We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days (at busy times it may be longer).If you need your items quicker than 4 days please contact us and we will try to work within your needs. When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a reminder of the item(s) you ordered.
What are your P&P charges?
UK charges are
Orders up to £5.95 P&P = £1.00
Orders between £5.96 and £10.00 P&P = £1.20
Orders between £10.01 and £19.99 P&P - £1.65
The maximum P&P is £3.00 unless you want a special or signed for delivery.Please contact us for a quote if you are not sure of the P&P charges.
We do post worldwide (Royal Mail Airmail) If you are unsure of shipping charges to your country please contact us before ordering.
Returns and Cancellation Rights
You can cancel any online order and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery. Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your cost. **We are unable to accept returns on cut to order or personalised items***. Please check before making payment that you have ordered the correct size and colour. If you need any clarification of our returns policy please contact us before purchase.
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 7 days of it being delivered to you.
I can't see what I want. Can you make custom orders?
Yes, Please contact us via the contact us page and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to sew the Appliques on?
That all depends on the project. If they are to be put on items that will be laundered or will have constant wear we recommend sewing around the edges of each Appliqué. If however they are to be put on to bunting or other items that do not need to be washed just ironing them on is OK. We can also put a no sew backing on all our letters, numbers and appliques please contact us for more details. Iron on instructions for our products can be seen HERE
Are your felt letters/numbers and appliques iron on?
Not at the moment, We are looking in to the possibility though so please watch this space. We do however offer some of our felt letters,numbers and shapes with a self adhesive backing.
