  1. We are still taking orders online

We are still continuing to cut and send all orders out.We are all healthy. There is only two of us in the office. We wipe all the work surfaces as a precaution before we start work. Just to put customers at ease, (we have been asked) We always use self sealed envelopes and never lick envelopes or stamps. We do not have anyone in our house or office and for the last few days we have only ventured out to the local post box. Still following  PHE advice always wash your hands after handling mail delivered to your home.

  2. Latest update Tuesday 24th of March

Luckily we are all healthy and we are following all the Government advice and updates

Our company is run from our garden office. Fortunately we are located in a rural area which makes it possible for us to work with virtually no contact with other people. We only leave the sterile confines of our office and home to go to our local post box.

We always buy stamps in advance so we can continue to send your orders out as normal. We are buying all other Royal Mail services online, so we have no need to visit the Post Office. All our orders will be placed in our local post box. Last collection is 16.15 Monday to Friday

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels and letters are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19).

An update from Royal Mail says- "From experience we know that these types of virus don't survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels". This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

We hope you and your families are all healthy and safe
